Welcome e-mail for RJW Edge Account
The customer portal is located at this address: https://edge.rjwgroup.com/
When the account is made the email goes out and the user is then under a time limit to setup his/her credentials.
If the user doesn't use the email in the time frame please have the user use the use the link forgot your password?
Reasons to not get the welcome email:
Spam Folder
Rules blocking the email due to using a 3rd party spam filtering software.
Customer's should reach out to their IT Dept and see if they received the email and see whether they can trace the email.
